Manga Reader !!!

If you like manga like I do, you will surely have a conspicuous collection in your room.
But, sadly, sometimes there are certain series that for a reason or another doesn't reach your country (or even though they do, they are so not updated that you get bombed by spoilers around the net). So everyone of us soon or later ended reading or downloading mangas from the net.
Of course, being used to read the real thing it can be a bit awkward to stare a monitor... where sometimes the page wont load, the text is too small, it's annoying to change the folders after each chapter or it's tiring to browse websites to find the latest chapter.
To solve this, there are some software that can help us. Among the many, the one that I mostly love so far is Manga Reader.

Some of its features:

Online Manga Explorer

The Online Manga Explorer allows you to browse online mangas available from community sites such as www.onemanga.com , www.mangavolume.com or www.mangafox.com.

To quickly find the manga you are interested in, use the search box in the upper right corner. The list of mangas displayed will be filtered as you type.

Manual Page Flip

To manually flip pages, move the mouse to any of the four corners of the “virtual book”. When the page begins to flip as illustrated on the right, click and drag the page to the other half of the book.

Interactive Zoom

The zoom feature of Manga Reader is interactive, and allows you zoom into mangas without losing the ability to flip pages.

To zoom in, you can use the mouse wheel or the zoom slider displayed in the title bar.

Zoomed Panning - When zoomed in, instead of using the mouse to navigate, you can continuously press Space or Enter to move the view to the next section of unread content. Similarly, you can press Shift- Space or Shift-Enter to move to the previous section.

Settings Window

The settings window allows you to customize your reading experience. Here is description of all the parameters available:

Display Mode - You can read mangas by having two pages displayed on the screen (Double Page Mode), or having the focus on one page which is displayed in the center of the screen (Single Page Mode).

Page Flip Direction - You can choose to read mangas by flipping pages from right to left or left to right (Japanese mode).

In Page Flow - This setting allows you to choose the flow direction within a single page. Mangas are typically read from right to left within a page, whereas American comic books follow the left to right mode.

Remember Manga - This setting allows you to choose whether Manga Reader should open the last manga read at startup. This allows you to get back to the manga you were reading before you closed the program. Manga Reader also remembers the page you were at.
